Here, have a snappily dressed robot I knocked together. With any luck, it'll take the edge off what I'm about to say.
Now. I have said a few times in the past few months that hOkum will be coming back to a regular schedule soon. This was obviously (and unintentionally) complete fabrication.
Essentially, what I'm going to do is keep writing and drawing hOkum, but not updating it for a while. I need a buffer more than anything right now, so I'll keep slogging away and hopefully come back at some time in the Summer.
But don't hold that to me.
The robot- interestingly- is something I drew up for a ComicFury Crossover Game I've been working on. And this- along with TELOSA and my degree work- made me realise that I can't be taking on so many things at once. So I'm dropping off of all that (except the degree work) a bit as well. Not completely, but enough.
So what I'm basically saying is stop hanging on for a hOkum update if you were in the first place. And if you're just arriving to have a look for the first time, you couldn't have arrived at a worse time!
But do watch this space, and I apologise for hitting such dodgy ground with updates. Can you ever forgive me?
Jacob i liked the way you took h0kum and ok. you missed some updates and stuff.
but dude, you focked up and here is why:
- you have let down your readers on multiple occassions, because you just took a break whenever necesary
- a little while ago you took a break, than when you posted your 2nd k0kum after that break, you where already talking about another break. if you don't have the hart to do this, than it will never succeed
so bottom line:

Jacob, i love hOkum, but if your heart isn't into it anymore than continuing it would be mil-none. If you don't want to do hOkum anymore and go onto different projects than just say so, you don't have to keep us on a constant hook line.

@aSadFan: No, as you said before I shouldn't be emailing about just to try and justify laziness. Apart from anything else, a big part of a webcomic is consistently putting content out there, and I fell down on it somewhere. So I'll go lick my wounds and give some proper thought to it.

In a way what he is doing might actualy bring up subscriptions. With out a real schedule more people will subscribe so they know when it updates. or else they would have to constantly check it just in case it updated.
